Further, in reference to the aforesaid circular and in terms of the Company's internal Code for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Connected person &/or Designated Person of the Company from Friday, August 4, 2017 and the same shall remain closed till 48 hours after the publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2017.
