| Exchange Disseminated Time | | With reference to the earlier letter dated January 19, 2016 regarding Meeting of Board of Directors to be held on February 03, 2016 for considering and approving the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2015, SIL Investments Ltd has now informed BSE that pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(c) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015, the Board shall also propose to consider, approve and take on record the proposal for submitting fresh application for “Delisting” of Shares of the Company from Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE) OR pursue its pending application with the CSE for delisting. |
