| Exchange Disseminated Time | Sujana Towers Ltd has informed BSE that 51st meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2014, to consider and approve un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 and Limited Review Report to be given by the Statutory Auditors, along with other business and any other matters as may be permitted by the Chairman.
In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from August 07, 2014 to August 13, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
