| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to a News Item published in a leading financial daily titled "Jindal Strips JV with Idcol likely soon", Jindal Strips Ltd has informed BSE that the Company examines/ pursues various opportunities in different areas, from time to time on a continuing basis and in that course of action, the joint venture agreement proposed to be entered into which Idcol is just for exploration of Chromite mines.
As regards setting up 6,00,000 tonnes per annum (TPA) Ferro Chrome Plant, the Company has informed that it is in preliminary stage. |
