| Exchange Disseminated Time | Maharashtra Scooters Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 12, 2011, inter alia, have also accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2011, the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Director's and Auditors's thereon.
2. Declaration of Dividend of Rs. 9.00 per Equity Share on 11,428,568 fully paid Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2011.
3. Re-appointment of Shri. D S Mehta & Shri. M V Bhagat as Directors of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of M/s. P C Parmar & Company as Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms & conditions.
5. Appointment of Smt. Kanchan Vijayan as Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation.
6. Appointment of Shri. G R Jangda as Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation. |
