Pursuant to the applicable provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that today i.e. June 20, 2017, Indiabulls Ventures Limited ('the Company'), has issued and allotted 17,58,600 (Seventeen Lacs Fifty Eight Thousand Six Hundred) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under -'Indiabulls Ventures Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008' and 'Indiabulls Ventures Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2009'.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 88,47,82,004/- divided into 44,23,91,002 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
