| Exchange Received Time 18/07/2017 16:28:23 Exchange Disseminated Time 18/07/2017 16:28:31 Time Taken 00:00:08 | Please note that pursuant to the provisions of the Godrej Properties Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (the 'GPL ESGS'), the option grantees have exercised 1,00,175 stock grants equivalent to 1,00,175 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each of the Company (the 'Equity Shares') during the exercise period.
Accordingly, the duly authorised Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on July 17, 2017, allotted 1,00,175 Equity Shares of Rs.5/- per Equity Share to the option grantees in terms of the GPL ESGS.
Consequently, with effect from July 17, 2017, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1,08,23,52,230/- consisting of 21,64,70,446 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
