The Statutory Auditors have carried out a 'Limited Review' of the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017.
Further, Pursuant to the Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith a copy of the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results and Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
