| Exchange Disseminated Time 06/09/2016 16:36:38 | | Energy Development Company Ltd has informed BSE that EDCL is actively considering making investment as a joint developer with a private enterprise who has already been nominated as a successful bidder for a Solar Power Project in Telangana to produce and sell 15 Mega Watt Solar Power Project to Telangana State Electricity Board. EDCL already being an energy company is actively considering entering into a joint venture to execute the said project. A meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on September 15, 2016 to consider the proposed investment. |
