| Exchange Disseminated Time | Uni Abex Alloy Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider, the Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 and dividend, if any.
The "Trading Window” of the Company shall remain closed from May 20, 2014 to June 04, 2014 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. Accordingly, during the said periods, the Directors / designated employees of the Company and their dependent family members etc. are directed not to deal in the Company's shares. |
