| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gufic Biosciences Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders of the Company, will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the Ordinary Resolution for sale & transfer of its Personal Hygiene division of the Company situated at Baroda together with all assets and liabilities.
The Board of Directors has appointed Mr. V A Vakharia, Practicing Company Secretary as Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot voting process in a fair and transparent manner.
The duly completed postal ballot forms should reach the Scrutinizer before the closing of working hours on or before March 21, 2008. The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman or Managing Director after completion of the scrutiny and the result of the voting by Postal Ballot will be announced on March 24, 2008. |
