| Exchange Disseminated Time | Gujarat Containers Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 13, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve, the Unaudited quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.
Further pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 1992 and the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading ('Code') of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain close for Directors, Officers and Designated Persons, from February 01, 2016 upto Forty Eight (48) Hours after announcement of financial results. |
