Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that one of the company's step down subsidiary viz., LCC Middle East FZ LLC agreed to sell its 100% shareholding in LCC Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. to Talkpool AG, Switzerland,today.
