CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016 has provided relaxation of one month in the timeline for submitting the results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 and September 30, 2017, which may be submitted on or before September 14, 2017 and on or before December 14, 2017 respectively.
In light of the above, the Company would be availing the extension and accordingly the Board Meeting for the approval of the unaudited financial results for the half year and quarter ended September 30, 2017 will be held on or before December 14, 2017.
The exact date of Board Meeting will be intimated to the stock exchanges as and when decided by the Board.
