The Company has now informed BSE that, Since restructuring process going on within the Company, the Company is planning to hold a Board/Audit Committee Meeting on or around July 20, 2011 to consider and take on record the Audited Financial results for the last quarter as well as for the whole year ended March 31, 2011. The Company also propose to take on record the unaudited financial results for the 1st quarter ended June 30, 2011 in the said meeting. |
