| Exchange Disseminated Time | PVP Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2016 has approved and adopted a policy on determination of materiality and has further authorized CMD for the purpose of determining materiality of an event and for the purpose of making disclosures to the stock exchanges under this regulation.
As required under Regulation 30(5)of the said regulations, the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company is responsible for determining materiality of an event or information and upon such determination by the CMD, the Company Secretary or such other person as may be authorized by him will make disclosure of such material event or information to the stock exchanges. |
