| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bedmutha Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 09, 2014 to August 14, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 14, 2014.
The Company will also provide its members the facility to exercise their vote at the aforesaid AGM by electronic means on all resolutions set forth in the notice. The e-voting process will commence on August 07, 2014 and will end on August 09, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
