1. The Board proposed the name of Mrs. Shrutika Arvind Inani to be appointed as an Independent Director at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. The Board considered and took on record the resolution passed by circulation for rematerialisation of shares on July 10, 2014.
3. The Board considered the recommendation for remuneration to Managing & Joint Managing Director of the Company, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing general meeting. |
