| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/12/2016 17:48:34 | Cyber Media India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors have, vide Circular Resolution dated December 14, 2016, appointed Mrs. Shravani Dang and Mr. Pramod Kumar Sanghi, as Additional Directors (Non-executive Independent) with effect from December 13, 2016, to hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The appointment of Mrs. Shravani Dang and Mr. Pramod Kumar Sanghi as Additional Directors is subject to approval of shareholders and their term of office shall be decided by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
