Ltd., headquartered in Tokyo, Japan to obtain technical assistance for manufacture of commercial vehicle brake friction materials in India. TBK Co. Ltd. controls about 70% market share for heavy and medium duty commercial vehicle brakes in Japan.
Further, required disclosures as per Regulation 30 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed as Annexure-A.
