| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/08/2016 17:16:40 | HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 12, 2016, inter alia, has appointed Mr. Yogesh Patel as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, arising out of the resignation of Mr. Krishnan Subramanian, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Further, the following Directors of the Company have resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective from August 12, 2016, due to their other pre-occupations.
1. Dr. Jennifer Gek Choo Lee, Non-Executive, Nominee Director nominated by V Sciences Investments Pte. Ltd, Shareholder.
2. Mr. Rajesh Singhal, Non-Executive, Nominee Director nominated by Milestone Private Equity Fund, Shareholder.
The Board of Directors placed on record their appreciation for the immense contributions made by Dr. Jennifer Gek Choo Lee and Mr. Rajesh Singhal during their tenure as Directors of the Company and Mr. Krishnan Subramanian as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
