| Exchange Disseminated Time | Modella Woollens Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on July 09, 2010, inter alia, have approved to the following:
1. The audited accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2010.
2. Re-appointment of Mrs. Gopee Grover as Director, being the Director who retires by rotation and, being eligible, had offered herself for re—election.
3. Re-appointment of Messrs. Desai & Bhagtaney, the retiring Auditor, as the Auditor of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of Mr. V. K. Grover as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years with effect from October 01, 2010 subject of necessary approval of the Central Government.
5. Appointment of Mr. R. K. Chaudhary as a Director of the Company, he was earlier appointed as an Additional Director. |
