1. Draft Scheme of Arrangement, pursuant to which Binola Unit of the Company located at Vill. Binola at Dist Gurgaon would be demerged into Shivam Autotech Ltd and
2. Draft Advisory Report of the independent valuers on allocation of the existing equity share capital of the Company between the two companies. |
