1. The Notices received from Members for appointment of Directors at the 17th Annual General Meeting was taken on record.
2. The Board approved the appointment of Mr. M S Srinivasan as an Additional Director
[Independent Director] w.e.f. August 01, 2009.
3. The Board recommended the appointment of the Statutory Auditors, M/s. G Balu Associates, Chartered Accountants, from the conclusion of the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) till the next AGM. |
