| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Refex Refrigerants Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 07, 2008, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of 10% amounting to Rs 1/- per Equity Share on the Equity Share Capital of the Company and this along with an interim dividend of 10% amounting to Re 1 per equity shares paid on January 24, 2008 to shareholders, takes the total Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2008 to 20%. The final dividend will be paid to the Shareholders upon approval of members in the Annual General Meeting scheduled on June 09, 2008. |
