| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dr Wellmans Homeopathic Laboratory Ltd has informed BSE that with reference to the intimation regarding the Outcome of Board of Directors Meeting held on April 10, 2012 for the Postal Ballot under section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956 for seeking approval of the members of the Company for various businesses in which one of the business was Change of name of Company to "Trinity Group Capital Limited" that is already available to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi & Haryana vide its letter dated March 23, 2012.
Further the Company informed that, after deliberate discussions, the Board of Directors of the Company wants to apply for more suitable new name for the Company for which the management is under thought process after taking care of all the criteria.
Therefore, the management is not able to conduct the Postal Ballot until and unless they come to one conclusion regarding the change of name of the Company.
As soon as the management takes the decision regarding the new name of the Company accordingly, the Postal Ballot to be conducted for shareholders approval shall be rescheduled and shall be duly intimated. |
