| Exchange Disseminated Time | GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Committees of the Company at its meeting held on March 22, 2013, has considered the following:
1. Allotment of 12,876 equity shares consequent to conversion of 3 FCCBs of US$ 1,000/- each (Series B Bonds) at a conversion price of Rs.12.64 per share, in terms of the Offering Circular dated October 17, 2012 for issue of US$ 207,546,000 Interest Bearing Convertible Bonds due 2017 (Series B Bonds).
2. Allotment of 7,35,930 equity shares to CDR Lender at a conversion price of Rs. 10 per share upon conversion of CCDs. |
