1. To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015.
2. To consider shifting of Registered Office of the Company from Guwahati to Kolkata and to approve Notice of Postal Ballot thereof.
Further, the Trading Window for trading by Designated Persons shall be closed from January 30, 2016 to February 10, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
