| Exchange Disseminated Time | Consolidated Finvest & Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company, by way of Postal Ballot, have approved the following special resolutions, with majority:
1. Shifting of Registered office from the state of Uttaranchal to state of Uttar Pradesh (subject to confirmation of the Company Law Board).
2. Alteration in the Articles of Association of the Company.
Now the requisite petition shall be filed with the Company law Board for its confirmation for shifting of the registered office of the Company.
Further the Company has informed that the results of the Postal Ballot was declared on April 18, 2006. |
