| Exchange Disseminated Time | MIC Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 10, 2011, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Appointment of Daggubati Venkateswara Rao as Director of the Company.
2. Appointment of Mr. Vijay Kumar Naidu Ch as Company Secretary.
3. 1,05,00,000 warrants allotted on January 21, 2011. 18,60,000 warrants were converted on April 20, 2010, remaining 86,40,000 warrants were not exercised within the statutory period of 18 months from the date or before July 20, 2011 (i.e. 18 months from the date of allotment), hence 86,40,000 warrants stand cancelled. The initial deposit of 25% of the offer price received at the time of allotment of Warrants is hereby forfeited. |
