| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that the Bank have been informed by Indian Banks’ Association that the Convenor of the United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) has served a notice of Strike dated December 22, 2014 informing their decision to go on All India One Day strike on a) January 07, 2015, b) -4- Days strike from January 21, 2015 to January 24, 2015 and c) Indefinite Strike from March 16, 2015 onwards demanding the following:-
i. immediate withdrawal of IBAs direction to Banks to re-visit the Mandate and
ii. immediate settlement of wage revision.
The Bank is taking all the necessary steps in terms of the existing guidelines to deal with the strike in the event the same materializes. |
