The dates of closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be from Wednesday, the 6th day of September 2017 to Tuesday, the 12th day of September, 2017 (both days inclusive).
Shareholders', whose names appear in the Register of Members at close of business on Tuesday the 5th day of September, 2017 shall be eligible to receive dividend, should the same be declared by the Members at the Annual General Meeting, and to vote by electronic means at the said Annual General Meeting.
