| Exchange Disseminated Time 01/02/2016 18:09:58 | Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 09, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2015.
Further, in terms of provisions of the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from February 02, 2016 till completion of 48 hours after the Unaudited financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. |
