| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/10/2016 14:33:21 | A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that a Letter of Intent (LOI) has been issued to the Consortium of M/s. A2Z Waste Management Ludhiana Ltd. ("Indirect Subsidiary of the Company") & M/s. A2Z Infraservices Ltd. ("a material subsidiary of the Company") from South Delhi Municipal Corporation, New Delhi vide LOI dated October 27, 2016 for Integrated Collection & Transport of Municipal Solid Waste & Street Sweeping Waste in South and West Zones of SDMC (South Delhi Municipal Corporation).
The aggregate value of the said Contract shall be approx. INR 400,00,00,000/- (INR Four Hundred Crores) calculating the collection and transportation charges for the aforesaid contract @ 1,739/- (One Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty Nine Only) per MT for 787 MT (for evaluation of 2016) Municipal Solid Waste Management (MSW) and Street Sweeping waste for west zone for 8 (eight) years. Further Price adjustment due to increase or decrease of rates in various components shall be as mentioned in the conditions of the said contact. |
