| Exchange Disseminated Time | Parsvnath Developers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31, 2014.
Further, as per the Company’s Code of conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading (“the Code”) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed from February 09, 2015 to February 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Promoters / Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company (“the concerned persons”), for the aforesaid purposes. The concerned persons are being intimated about the same. |
