| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dalmia Bharat Sugar and Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on August 01, 2014, inter alia, will consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014.
Further the Company has informed that, pursuant to Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement read with the DCB (Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities) Regulations, 2002, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from July 22, 2014 till August 02, 2014 (both days inclusive). The Trading window shall re-open on August 04, 2014. |
