Also, pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with code of conduct of the Company, the trading window shall be closed from August 03, 2016 and would remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2016 of the Company. |
