| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hindustan Motors Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 29, 2014, inter alia, to consider allotment of Equity Shares and Non-Convertible Debentures to the lenders (Banks and Financial Institutions) on preferential basis as per Corporate Debt Restructuring Empowered Group approval at its meeting held on June 28, 2014.
As per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for al directors / officers / designated employees of the Company till October 04, 2014 instead of September 30, 2014 as informed earlier vide letter dated September 17, 2014. |
