| Exchange Disseminated Time | Mayur Uniquoters Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 14, 2016, inter alia, to declare the fourth interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2015-16, if any.
Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from shall remain closed from March 07, 2016 to March 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and other designated persons. |
