1. To consider and take on record Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results (Statement) for the year ended March 31, 2016.
2. To consider and take on record the Auditors Report for the year ended March 31, 2016;
3. To adopt quarterly Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, in view of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as approved and implemented by the Company in pursuance of the SEBI Prohibition (Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, above information is Price Sensitive Information, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Officers and Designate Employees till May 11, 2016 (i.e. closure of the trading hours).
