| Exchange Disseminated Time | Revathi Equipment Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 15, 2009, inter alia, has approved the notice of postal ballot to consider the following:
- Amendment to Object Clause III (c) of the Memorandum of Association by inserting the following new clause 71 to enable the Company to carry on educational activities.
"71. To promote the cause of education by establishing and managing / operating schools, colleges and educational Institutions in India and elsewhere, singly or in collaboration with other institutions, whether in affiliation with or recognized by accredited universities in Indian or abroad, and to provide training classes / facilities to Students, Teachers and faculty and also to establish fellowships and exhibitions in India and abroad and to establish or acquire assets of other educational institutions or hostels or boarding houses in connection with the educational Institutions described above.”
Approval of commencement of business as enumerated in the newly introduced Clause 71 of the Object Clause III (c)of Memorandum of Association. |
