Audited Financial Results (Standalone as well as Consolidated) along with the audit report of the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2017. Copy of Audited Financial Results along with audit report is enclosed as Annexure - A. 2. Further, we do hereby declare and confirm that the Audit Report issued by M/s. Deloitte Haskins and Sells, Statutory Auditors of the Company on Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2017 are with unmodified opinion. 3. Recommended a dividend @ 15% i.e. Rs. 1.50/- per share to the shareholders for their approval. 4. The Board has appointed Shri Gaurav Kaushik as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company w.e.f. 22nd May, 2017. |
