- In order to ensure due compliance of the listing agreement entered with the stock exchange(s) and in conformity of the Compliance of the applicable provision of the Companies Act, 2013 in relation to the appointment of “Key Managerial Personnel” the Board of Directors approved the appointment of Ms. Anshika Garg member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, who have duly assented for the same on term and condition mutually agreed upon. |
