| Exchange Disseminated Time | Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from July 21, 2006 to July 27, 2006 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of ascertaining the members who will be entitled for Dividend (for the financial year 2005-06) and also for Bonus Shares proposed to be issued in the ratio of 1:1 & Annual General Meeting of the Bank to be held on July 27, 2006.
As already intimated the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend at the rate of 100% for the financial year ended March 31, 2006 and in addition, a special dividend of 20% in the light of the 90th year celebration of the Bank, making a total of 120%.
Further the Bank has informed that, the proposed Bonus shares are not entitled for the above mentioned dividend. |
