1. The change of Main Objects of Memorandum of Association and consequent change in name of the Company.
2. Postal Ballot programme and the Notice of Postal Ballot.
The shareholders approval for the Change in the Main Objects and consequent change in the name shall be obtained through postal ballot under Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956. |
