Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from May 20, 2014 to June 02, 2014 (both days inclusive), in connection with consideration of Annual Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2014 as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992. |
