Ref: our intimation dated, 24th July 2017 regarding consideration of un-audited financial results for quarter ended 30th June 2017

Dear Sir / Madam,

In modification to our above referred intimation we inform you that the consideration of the un-audited financial results, by the Board, for the quarter ended 30th June 2017 has been deferred due to time lag involved in INDAS implementation. Accordingly, the trading window which was decided to be closed from 2nd August 2017 to end of 11th August 2017 shall stand cancelled.

As informed earlier, the schedule of Annual General Meeting followed by the Board meeting on the 9th August 2017 for considering other agenda items (other than un-audited financial results) remains unaltered.
