- Change of Financial year:
The financial year of the Company starting from January 01, 2016 to December 31, 2016 (12 Months) is hereby extended by additional 3 months comprising 15 months period ending March 31, 2017.
The next Financial Year i.e. 2017-18 of the Company shall be from April 01, 2017 to March 31, 2018 and thereafter the same shall be followed.
The meeting of the Board commenced at 3:00 PM (IST) and concluded at 4:15 PM (IST). |
