- Consideration of Audited Financial Accounts of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2015 and recommendation of Final Dividend on Equity Shares.
The period for closure of Share Transfer Books of the Company for the purpose of aforesaid Dividend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company shall be intimated in due course, as may be decided by the Board. |
