| Exchange Disseminated Time | The Exchange had sought clarification from Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd with respect to news article appearing in The Economic Times on March 17, 2015 titled "Piramal may buy Apollo's Health Super HiWay".
Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd replied stating "Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited ("AHEL') along with its wholly owned subsidiary, Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited own approximately a 6% equity stake in Health Super Hi Way Pvt Limited.
We wish to submit that the cited transaction is still in the initial stages.
Further, the same does not relate directly to AHEL nor is it material in AHEL's context." |
